The shoes are made with Premium Timberland® leather, known for its durability and quality.

The 360° functional rawhide lacing system runs around the shoe. You can pull on the ends of the laces to tighten the shoe around your foot and ankle, and then tie them securely.

The leather is not inherently waterproof. While they offer some resistance, it is recommended to treat them with a waterproofing spray for enhanced protection against water damage.

The Vibram rubber outsole is renowned for providing excellent durability and superior traction on a variety of surfaces.

While designed for boat use, they are not intended to be submerged in water for extended periods. Leather can be damaged by prolonged exposure to water.

Condition the leather every few months, or whenever it appears dry, to maintain its flexibility and prevent cracking. Frequency depends on usage and environmental conditions.

The Crafted Boat Shoe emphasizes traditional handsewn construction and premium leather for a classic, refined look, distinct from Timberland's more rugged boot offerings.

This is normal for premium leather. Wear them for short periods initially to break them in. Applying a leather conditioner can also help soften the material.

Ensure the laces are dry and not frayed. Gently pull the laces through the eyelets. If they are worn, consider replacing them with new rawhide laces.

While Vibram outsoles offer good traction, extreme wet conditions can reduce grip. Ensure the outsole is clean; debris can affect performance. Replace outsole if significantly worn.
