For adult female runners seeking improved performance and comfort, the Under Armour Ascend Trainers offer a secure fit and supportive cushioning. A potential caveat is the sizing, where UK sizes are prioritized and US/Euro conversions may differ on labels. These trainers feature a synthetic and textile upper, a non-slip rubber outsole, lace-up closure, breathable mesh, durable midfoot overlays, a soft sock liner, and Charged+ midsole cushioning for a responsive and comfortable running experience.

Please refer to the UK sizing indicated. Note that the box or label may display US or European sizes, which can differ from the UK sizing. These trainers are true to size with a standard fit.
These trainers are specifically designed for running, offering support and cushioning tailored for that activity. While they may offer some versatility, they are optimized for running performance.
Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent to gently clean the mesh. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow them to air dry completely.
The Charged+ midsole provides enhanced cushioning, delivering a responsive feel and absorbing impact to reduce stress on your joints during your runs.
The non-slip tread pattern offers improved grip, but complete waterproofing is not guaranteed. While suitable for light rain, extensive use in wet conditions is not recommended.
The outsole is made of durable rubber with a non-slip tread pattern for reliable traction.
Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring they are not overtightened. If the issue persists, check if the correct UK size was purchased. Consider that the fit may loosen slightly with wear.
Ensure the Charged+ midsole is not compromised. If the shoes are new, break-in period might be needed. If the shoes are old, the cushioning may have degraded over time.
Clean the outsole tread to remove any debris that might be reducing grip. Be aware that no shoe can guarantee perfect traction in all wet conditions.
These trainers are ready to use straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct UK size, as indicated on the product packaging. While these trainers are designed for running, they are compatible with standard athletic apparel. To care for your trainers, clean the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water. Allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources. For the outsole, brush off any dirt or debris after use.
