FAQs

Is the shoulder strap adjustable?

Yes, the bag features a shoulder strap with an antique gold-tone buckle that allows for length adjustments.

Can I use leather cleaner on this bag?

No, do not use standard leather cleaners or conditioners on the suede material, as they can cause irreversible staining. Use only products specifically formulated for suede.

Is the bag waterproof?

The suede is not waterproof. It is recommended to use a suede-specific water repellent spray to provide a basic layer of protection against moisture.

What colors does the Nolita Bucket Tote come in?

The collection includes various colorways such as Brown, Pink, Black, Green, and Natural.

How should I clean a minor stain on the suede?

For minor spots, you can use a suede eraser to gently rub the area. For deeper stains, it is best to consult a professional leather and suede care specialist.

Troubleshooting

Surface dust or lint accumulation

Use a specialized suede brush to gently sweep away particles in one direction.

Hardware losing luster

Gently wipe the chain-link and buckles with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and skin oils.

Loss of structural shape

Stuff the interior with clean, acid-free tissue paper when storing to help the bag hold its slouchy bucket form.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because this bag is crafted from genuine suede, care is paramount to its longevity. Keep the bag away from heavy rain or high-moisture environments, as suede can easily absorb liquids. For daily care, use a soft-bristled suede brush to gently remove surface dust and restore the nap. Avoid exposure to oils, makeup, and perfumes to prevent permanent spotting. When not in use, store the bag in its provided dust bag in a cool, dry place to prevent sunlight from fading the rich brown color.
