Troubleshooting

Washing machine does not start

Check that the machine is plugged in, the door is fully closed, and the water tap is turned on. Ensure a program has been selected and the start button pressed.

Excessive vibration or noise

Ensure the transit bolts have been removed if the machine is new. Check that the machine is level and all four feet are firmly on the ground. Do not overload the machine.

Water not draining

Check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked. Clean the pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine.

Clothes are still too wet after spinning

Verify that the selected spin speed is appropriate for the load. Ensure the machine is not overloaded, which can prevent effective spinning.

  • Hygiene Plus cycle provides effective sanitization for sensitive needs.
  • A rated energy efficiency helps to save on utility costs.

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Ensure the washing machine is placed on a level and stable surface to prevent vibration during operation.
  2. Connect the water inlet hose to a suitable cold water tap.
  3. Attach the drain hose to your household's wastewater outlet or sink trap.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical socket.
  5. Perform an initial empty drum cycle to clean the machine before first use.

Compatibility:

  • Requires a standard cold water supply.
  • Needs a functional household drain system.
  • Operates on a standard 220-240V electrical outlet.

Care:

  • Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Clean the detergent drawer and door seal regularly to prevent mold and residue buildup.
  • Drum Cleaning: Run a hot wash cycle (e.g., 90°C) periodically with an empty drum or a washing machine cleaner to remove internal buildup.
  • Filter Maintenance: Clean the pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine every few months to ensure efficient drainage.
