The QUEST ELEMENT generally offers a standard fit. While they are flexible, individuals with significantly wide feet may find them snug. It is recommended to try them on or check detailed sizing charts if width is a concern.

The GORE-TEX membrane is highly durable. With proper care and cleaning, its waterproof and breathable properties can last for the lifetime of the shoe. Avoid exposing the shoes to excessive heat or harsh chemicals which can degrade the membrane.

While designed for hiking, their comfortable and supportive nature means they can be worn for casual activities where outdoor-style footwear is appropriate. However, their robust construction is optimized for trail performance.

After each use, use a soft brush to remove dry mud. For stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Always air dry away from direct heat.

The nubuck leather is already treated, and the GORE-TEX membrane provides waterproofing. However, regular cleaning and the occasional use of a suitable nubuck-specific waterproofing spray can help maintain the leather's condition and water resistance over time.

The QUEST ELEMENT distinguishes itself with a combination of lightweight flexibility, a higher cut for ankle support, and the ADV-C chassis for superior stability on challenging terrain, all while maintaining GORE-TEX waterproofing.

Ensure the shoe's tongue and laces are properly secured to prevent water ingress. Check for any damage to the GORE-TEX membrane. The issue may also be due to sweat if breathability is compromised by heavy activity or extreme heat.

The shoes may require a break-in period. Wear them for shorter walks initially. Ensure laces are tied correctly, not too tight or too loose. Consider wearing thicker hiking socks.

Clean the Contagrip TD outsole of any mud or debris, as this can affect traction. Ensure you are using the appropriate stride and technique for the terrain. While Contagrip TD offers excellent grip, extreme conditions may still pose challenges.

Clean the leather with a damp cloth. Apply a suitable leather conditioner or waterproofing treatment designed for nubuck leather to restore moisture and protection. Avoid oil-based products that can saturate the material.
