The Moncler Badyf Hooded Down Jacket is a premium outerwear choice for children, offering a blend of iconic alpine aesthetics and practical warmth through its nylon laqué construction. It is designed for active kids who need reliable insulation during winter months, though its luxury materials require careful maintenance to preserve the garment's finish and loft.

It is water-repellent, meaning it handles light snow and brief moisture well, but it is not intended for heavy, prolonged rain.
It is strongly advised against, as high heat can damage the nylon laqué finish and melt the synthetic hood trim.
The hood is attached via a series of snaps or a zipper located at the collar; consult the internal snap buttons for removal.
Size 10 typically fits children in the 9-10 year age range, though we recommend checking the internal garment tag for specific height and chest measurements.
Store it hanging in a breathable garment bag; avoid plastic bags which can trap moisture and cause odors.
This is common with high-quality down; pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside rather than pulling it out.
Gently pull the placket away from the zipper teeth while operating the slide to ensure the nylon fabric does not get snagged.
To maintain the jacket, avoid machine washing at home as it can degrade the structure of the nylon and the loft of the down. Professional dry cleaning is recommended to refresh the fabric. For daily care, shake the jacket occasionally to redistribute down feathers and hang it on a sturdy, padded hanger rather than a thin wire one to preserve the shoulder shape. Keep the jacket in a cool, dry place when not in use during the off-season.
