FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for heavy hiking?
The On Cloud 6 Geo WP Trainers are designed for city strolls and light hikes. For rugged or demanding trails, a more specialized hiking boot with enhanced ankle support and durability might be more appropriate.
How do I clean the waterproof upper?
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct heat.
Can I replace the toggle laces?
Yes, the toggle laces can be replaced. You can purchase compatible replacement lacing systems from specialty outdoor or footwear retailers.
What is the primary benefit of the CloudTec® midsole?
CloudTec® in Zero-Gravity Foam provides exceptional cushioning, a lightweight feel, and soft landings, reducing impact on your feet and joints during activity.
How effective is the waterproofing?
The multi-layered waterproof upper is designed to keep your feet dry in wet conditions, such as rain or shallow puddles, suitable for urban environments and light outdoor use.
What does Missiongrip™ refer to?
Missiongrip™ is the outsole technology designed to provide superior traction on a variety of surfaces, ensuring stability and grip.
Troubleshooting
Toggles feel loose
Ensure the lace ends are securely tucked into the lace garage or toggle mechanism. If they continue to slip, consider re-threading the laces through the toggle.
Water ingress despite being waterproof
Check seams and the tongue area for any potential damage or gaps. Ensure the toggle lacing is tightened correctly. Reapply a suitable waterproofing treatment if needed.
Reduced grip on surfaces
Clean the Missiongrip™ outsole with water to remove any embedded dirt or debris that might be affecting traction.
Discomfort during wear
Adjust the toggle lacing for a better fit. Ensure you have the correct size and consider using the recommended socks for optimal comfort.

Compatibility: These trainers are designed for adult use and are compatible with a wide range of casual and outdoor attire. They are best suited for walking, light hiking, and everyday wear.
Care: To maintain the waterproof properties and appearance of your trainers:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Waterproofing Maintenance: Periodically use a waterproofing spray suitable for footwear to maintain the water-repellent capabilities of the upper.
