FAQs

How do I choose my size for the Fantasie Illusion?

This bra generally fits true to size. Ensure you measure your band size around your ribcage and your cup size at the fullest part of the bust.

Is the lace fabric itchy?

No, the lace is designed to be soft against the skin, and the stretch band along the edge helps prevent friction.

Can this bra be machine washed?

While hand washing is recommended for longevity, you may use a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle if necessary, but never tumble dry.

Does the wire provide heavy-duty support?

Yes, the wide wires are specifically designed to provide stable, comfortable support for larger cup sizes.

What material is this bra made of?

The bra is constructed primarily from high-quality Nylon, chosen for its durability and comfortable stretch.

Troubleshooting

Straps sliding off shoulders

Adjust the straps to be shorter and check that the tow-back design is positioned correctly on your back.

Underwire feels uncomfortable

Ensure the bra band is not too tight; if the wire presses against the ribs, the band may be undersized.

Lace edge visible under clothes

The stretch lace is designed to be flat, but if it shows, try wearing a camisole or a thicker fabric top over the bra.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Superior forward projection and lift
  • Prevents strap slippage with center-pull design
  • Stretch lace edge accommodates different bust shapes
  • Durable Nylon material for long-term wear
  • Sophisticated aesthetic with ribbon and metallic trim

Cons

  • Requires hand washing to preserve lace detail
  • Limited to specific sizing options
  • Lace texture may show under very thin fabrics

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Fantasie Illusion Bra maintains its support and structure, follow these guidelines:

  1. Fitting: Ensure the band sits level around the ribcage. The center gore should lie flat against your sternum.
  2. Washing: Hand wash in cool water using a mild lingerie detergent to protect the delicate lace and elastic components.
  3. Drying: Always lay the bra flat to dry or hang it by the center gore. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as heat will degrade the elasticity of the nylon and lace.
  4. Storage: Store flat or lightly nested. Avoid folding the cups inside out, as this can permanently distort the molded shape or bend the underwires.
