Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Sebago loafers remain in top condition, follow these care steps:
- Initial Break-in: Wear the shoes for short periods indoors first to allow the leather to soften.
- Cleaning: Wipe away dirt with a soft, dry cloth. Use a leather-specific conditioner periodically to prevent the leather from drying out or cracking.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to maintain the shape of the leather.
- Moisture: If the shoes get wet, stuff them with paper to absorb excess moisture and let them air dry naturally; do not expose them to direct sunlight or heaters.
