The ice maker is not a freezer. Ice will eventually melt if left inside, so it is best to transfer it to a freezer for long-term storage.
The automated cleaning cycle runs for approximately 30 minutes.
No, this is a portable countertop unit that requires manual filling of the internal 1.2L water reservoir.
Yes, provided you use potable water and maintain the unit with regular cleaning cycles.
The machine operates at under 45dB, which is quieter than most standard refrigerators.
Ensure the water tank is filled to the max line and that the ambient temperature is not exceeding recommended limits (typically 32°C).
This often occurs if ice is left in the basket for too long. Remove ice regularly or increase the ice size setting.
Verify that there is sufficient water in the tank and that the unit is plugged into a stable power source.
Place the ice maker on a flat, level surface with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides to ensure proper ventilation for the cooling system. Before the first use, run the self-cleaning cycle with a mixture of water and a mild vinegar solution to sanitize the internal components. For routine maintenance, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and perform the self-cleaning cycle at least once a month. Always keep the lid closed during operation to maximize thermal efficiency and prevent debris from entering the reservoir.
