Troubleshooting
Hair is tangled after play.
Gently brush the hair using a soft-bristled brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid further tangling. Use a detangling spray to help loosen the knots.
The expanding snow on the outfit doesn't expand.
Ensure that enough water is added to the snow using the dropper. Allow a few minutes for the snow to absorb the water and expand. If the problem persists, check for any obstructions in the outfit.
