FAQs
Is the Motion ½ Zip suitable for high-intensity running?
While it is breathable, it is primarily designed for comfort and moderate activity. It may be too warm for high-intensity summer runs.
Does the odor control wear off?
The technology is integrated into the fibers. With proper care—specifically avoiding fabric softeners—it will remain effective for the life of the garment.
Can I wear this as a base layer?
Yes, the soft brushed interior makes it an excellent base layer for colder conditions.
Does the material pill easily?
The polyester knit is durable, but avoid abrasive surfaces and wash inside-out to prevent pilling.
How should I choose the right size?
The garment is true to size with a comfortable, athletic fit. Refer to the standard size guide for a tailored experience.
Troubleshooting
Fabric feels slightly stiff after washing
You may have used too much detergent or a fabric softener. Rinse the garment again in cold water without additives to clear the residue.
Sleeves riding up during exercise
Ensure the thumbholes are properly engaged. If the fit is too loose, ensure you are wearing the correct size to keep the sleeve tension appropriate.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Motion ½ Zip, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can coat the fibers and reduce the effectiveness of the odor control and moisture-wicking properties.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use high heat, as this can degrade the synthetic polyester fibers.
- Ironing: If needed, use a cool iron; however, the fabric is generally wrinkle-resistant and rarely requires ironing.
- Storage: Hang the garment to maintain the shape of the hem and avoid persistent creasing in the knit fabric.
- Compatibility: This piece is designed for standard layering. It fits well under a vest or light jacket and pairs seamlessly with standard Under Armour leggings or athletic bottoms.
