Full details

The beyerdynamic AVENTHO Y is a premium wireless solution tailored for audiophiles, daily commuters, and frequent travelers who prioritize high-fidelity sound and long-range comfort. These headphones excel at isolating listeners from ambient noise using advanced active noise cancellation (ANC) while maintaining exceptional audio clarity via 45mm dynamic drivers; however, users should note that the on-ear design may feel slightly firmer than circumaural models for those with larger ears.

Troubleshooting

Headphones fail to connect via Bluetooth

Clear the Bluetooth list on your device, turn the headphones off and back on, and re-initiate pairing mode.

Audio sounds unbalanced or distorted

Open the companion app and check if the 5-band EQ has been adjusted, or reset the device settings through the app.

ANC seems ineffective

Ensure the ear pads are positioned correctly over your ears to create a proper acoustic seal, as an improper fit reduces noise cancellation performance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin, power on the headphones and hold the pairing button until the LED indicator flashes to initiate Bluetooth pairing. Download the beyerdynamic app to access the 5-band equalizer, which allows you to save custom sound profiles directly to the hardware. For daily maintenance, wipe the protein leather ear pads with a soft, slightly damp cloth to prevent oil buildup, and ensure the USB-C port is clear of debris before charging. When not in use, fold the unit carefully and store it in the provided soft carrying bag to protect the aluminum yoke from scratches or bending.
