This Nike Running Tempo Dri-FIT T-shirt is designed for female adult runners seeking a breathable and comfortable top for regular workouts. Its key benefit is enhanced ventilation and visibility during low-light conditions. A minor caveat is that its regular fit may not suit those preferring a very tight or very loose silhouette. Key features include moisture-wicking fabric, reflective elements, and strategically placed mesh panels.

Dri-FIT is Nike's proprietary moisture-wicking fabric technology designed to pull sweat from your body to the surface of the garment, where it can evaporate quickly, helping you stay dry and comfortable.
The T-shirt is best suited for mild to warm weather due to its breathable design. For colder conditions, it can be layered under a jacket or long-sleeve base layer.
The T-shirt features a 'Regular fit'. Refer to Nike's standard sizing charts and consider your preference for a looser or more snug fit. The description mentions 'Regular fit' for this particular item.
This guide specifically covers the White - L variant. Other colors and sizes, such as Pink and Green, may be available in different listings or sibling products from the Nike Tempo line.
The reflective logo is designed to reflect light sources, such as headlights, making you more visible in low-light conditions like dawn, dusk, or night runs.
The T-shirt is made primarily of Polyester, known for its durability, lightweight feel, and moisture-wicking capabilities.
Ensure you are washing the garment correctly. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can clog the fabric's moisture-wicking properties. Ensure it is fully dry before storing.
This can occur with excessive heat during washing or drying. Avoid high heat settings and direct ironing on the logo. Gentle washing and air drying or low tumble drying are recommended.
Ensure the mesh panels are not obstructed by other layers or excessively tight outerwear. The effectiveness of ventilation depends on airflow to these specific zones.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No setup is required.
Compatibility: Suitable for adult female runners of all levels. It pairs well with various running shorts, leggings, and jackets.
Care Instructions:
Always check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
