The adidas Runfalcon 6 Cloudfoam trainers are designed for adult male runners seeking a balance of comfort and performance in a lightweight, breathable package. These shoes feature the signature Cloudfoam midsole for a cushioned feel, making them ideal for daily runs or active lifestyles. While they provide excellent traction, users should note the specific polyester construction, which is optimized for breathability rather than heavy-duty wet weather protection.

No, the Runfalcon 6 uses a breathable polyester upper designed for airflow, which is not waterproof.
They are designed primarily for roads and gym surfaces; while they have good grip, they lack the specialized protection needed for rugged technical trails.
Use a gentle fabric cleaner or mild soap with a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
No, the midsole is integrated into the shoe construction and cannot be replaced once the cushioning foam degrades.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the polyester fabric from fading and the glue materials from drying out.
Rotate your running shoes with another pair to allow the Cloudfoam midsole material to decompress between uses.
Use a dull plastic tool to gently pry pebbles or debris from the grooves in the chunky outsole to maintain maximum grip.
Before your first run, ensure the laces are adjusted to your specific foot arch to prevent slippage. These trainers are standard UK sizing; verify your fit using the adidas size guide before purchase. To maintain your shoes, avoid machine washing as this can damage the Cloudfoam integrity. Instead, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the midsole cushioning.
