Karrimor Trail Short Ld63 - Green - UK 12

While designed for trails, their lightweight and moisture-wicking properties make them suitable for road running as well. The trail-specific design may offer more durability for rougher terrain.

The integrated brief provides targeted support and reduces chafing, offering comfort and a streamlined feel during runs without the need for separate underwear.

Refer to the brand's sizing chart, paying attention to waist and hip measurements. The fit is generally regular, but the integrated brief can make them feel snugger. Consider your preference for a looser or tighter fit.

Yes, you can wear compression shorts underneath if you prefer additional support or warmth, though it may affect the breathability of the shorts.

The shorts are constructed with technical fabric designed for trail running, offering good durability for typical trail conditions. However, they are lightweight, so extreme abrasion should still be considered.

Wash in cold water with a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. This helps preserve the fabric's ability to wick moisture.

Ensure the waistband drawcord is loosened before putting them on. If the issue persists, consider trying a larger size, as the fit is designed to be performance-oriented.

Rinse the shorts after each use. Ensure you are using a mild detergent and avoiding fabric softeners during washing, as these can degrade performance.

The integrated brief is designed for support. If you find it uncomfortable, consider wearing seamless, moisture-wicking underwear underneath, though this may slightly reduce breathability.
