Yes, they generally fit true to standard adult UK sizing, though the leather upper may feel snug initially.
While based on an athletic heritage, the Samba Jane is designed primarily for casual lifestyle wear rather than high-intensity sports.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If necessary, use a leather-specific conditioner to keep the material supple.
Yes, you can replace the laces with any standard-length flat laces if they become worn or if you prefer a different colour.
While leather is water-resistant to a degree, it is best to avoid heavy rain to prevent water spots and salt damage.
Use shoe trees when not wearing to help the material maintain its shape and reduce deep creases.
Use a gentle, non-abrasive sneaker cleaning solution and a soft-bristled brush to spot-treat the lighter areas.
Loosen the lacing system completely and re-lace with slightly more tension slack to allow the leather to naturally expand.
Because these are ready-to-wear trainers, there is no technical setup required. To maintain the condition of your Samba Jane shoes, avoid excessive exposure to harsh weather conditions. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth or a dedicated leather cleaner to address surface dirt. Do not submerge in water or use a washing machine, as this can degrade the integrity of the leather and the adhesives. Keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to prevent material discolouration.
