FAQs

Can I assemble this by myself?

While technically possible, we highly recommend two people to assist with the assembly, especially when attaching the mirrored door to the frame.

What tools are required for assembly?

You will typically need a screwdriver and potentially a hammer for the back panel pins; please refer to the included instruction manual for the specific tool list.

How do I clean the high-gloss doors?

Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Always wipe dry immediately to avoid streaks.

Does this wardrobe come with a warranty?

Warranty terms vary by retailer. Please consult your original purchase documentation or contact the customer support team for specific coverage details.

What are the exact dimensions?

The wardrobe is 180cm high, 76cm wide, and 47cm deep.

Is the hanging rail height adjustable?

The hanging rail is designed for standard height placement and is not intended to be moved.

Troubleshooting

Doors are not closing flush or are uneven

Adjust the mounting screws on the hinge plates to realign the door height and depth until they sit perfectly flush.

Soft-close mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the hinge is free of dust or debris and verify the door is not overloaded with weight, which can interfere with the hydraulics.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sleek and modern high-gloss visual appeal
Mirrored panel helps brighten and enlarge room appearance
Soft-close doors ensure a quiet and smooth user experience
Durable scratch-resistant exterior finish
Integrated storage design maximizes vertical space

Cons

Requires manual assembly from flat-pack delivery
Limited depth may not accommodate heavy-duty winter coats on wide hangers
Gloss surface requires regular dusting to maintain a fingerprint-free look

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This unit is supplied flat-packed, and it is recommended that at least two people participate in the assembly to handle the mirrored door panel safely. Ensure your floor is level before beginning, as any tilt can affect the alignment of the soft-close mechanisms.

Care Instructions:

Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that may damage the high-gloss finish.
Periodically check and tighten screws on the door hinges to maintain smooth operation.
Use a damp cloth followed by a soft dry cloth for regular maintenance.
