Troubleshooting

Bag does not attach securely to pushchair.

Ensure the straps are fully threaded through the pushchair frame or handle and are tightened properly. Check that the straps are not twisted.

Contents are not staying at the desired temperature.

Make sure the thermal pocket is fully zipped and that the container inside is properly sealed. Pre-heating or pre-cooling the item before placing it in the pocket can help maintain temperature longer.

Difficult to access items quickly.

Organize items by compartment type (e.g., diapers in front pocket, snacks in side pocket) and ensure the most frequently needed items are in easily accessible outer pockets.

Material feels stiff.

This is normal for the durable, laminated material. It will soften slightly with use. Ensure the bag is not overstuffed, which can make it feel rigid.
