FAQs
What is a Copilot+ PC?
A Copilot+ PC is a new category of Windows PCs optimized for AI experiences. They feature powerful NPUs (Neural Processing Units) and specific hardware optimizations to run AI features locally and efficiently, offering faster performance for AI tasks integrated into Windows 11.
How do I switch keyboard languages or layouts?
While this model comes with a Spanish QWERTY keyboard, you can add other language layouts in Windows 11 settings under 'Time & language' > 'Language & region'. You can then switch between layouts using the `Windows key + Spacebar` shortcut.
Can I upgrade the RAM or SSD?
The RAM (32 GB LPDDR5x-SDRAM) is soldered onto the motherboard and is not user-upgradeable. The 1 TB NVMe SSD is typically accessible for upgrades, but consult the user manual or a professional for specific instructions, as ultralight designs can be complex.
What is the battery life like?
The laptop features a 70 Wh battery. Actual battery life varies depending on usage patterns, screen brightness, and running applications. With its efficient Intel Core Ultra processor and OLED display, it is designed for extended use.
Does it support external displays?
Yes, it supports external displays via its HDMI 2.1 port and the Thunderbolt 4 (USB Type-C) ports. You can connect multiple displays depending on their resolution and refresh rate requirements.
What is the warranty period?
Warranty information can vary by region and retailer. Please refer to the documentation included with your purchase or check the Lenovo support website for specific warranty details for your region.
How does the 2.8K OLED display differ from a standard LED display?
OLED displays offer superior contrast ratios, true blacks, faster response times, and wider color gamuts compared to traditional LED displays. The 2.8K resolution provides sharper details, and the 120Hz refresh rate ensures smoother motion.
Troubleshooting
Laptop does not power on.
Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If using battery power, ensure it has sufficient charge. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to perform a hard reset.
Wi-Fi connection is unstable or slow.
Verify you are connected to a Wi-Fi 7 or compatible network. Restart your router and modem. Ensure the laptop's Wi-Fi drivers are up-to-date via Windows Update. Move closer to the Wi-Fi router.
Screen displays artifacts or flickers.
Update the Intel Arc Graphics drivers via Windows Update or Lenovo Vantage. Ensure the display settings (resolution, refresh rate) are within supported ranges. Check for physical damage to the display or hinge.
Performance is sluggish during multitasking.
Close unnecessary applications running in the background. Check Task Manager for resource-heavy processes. Ensure Windows 11 and all drivers are up-to-date. Reboot the laptop.
