Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Ride 19, keep the following in mind:
- Fit Check: Ensure you have roughly a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. The engineered mesh will stretch slightly to your foot shape over the first few runs.
- Lacing: Use the additional eyelet at the top of the collar if you experience heel slippage to create a 'runner’s loop' for a tighter hold.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush and mild soap with cold water to spot clean the white mesh upper. Avoid submerging the shoes or putting them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the foam structure.
- Air Drying: Always air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the midsole material.
