Mat sliding on smooth surfaces
Ensure the floor beneath the mat is clean and dry. If the issue persists, ensure the mat is positioned on a completely level surface.
Accumulation of dirt in drainage holes
Use a hose to spray the mat thoroughly, focusing on the drainage areas to clear any trapped grit or small debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your mat, simply place it in the desired entrance area. The non-slip backing is designed for most standard outdoor flooring, including wood, concrete, and stone. Compatibility is universal across outdoor entryways, though it is recommended to ensure the surface is clean before placement to optimize grip. For care, keep the mat clean by regularly shaking it out to remove loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, you can wash the mat with water and allow it to air dry. The nylon material is resistant to fading, but regular rinsing will help preserve the vibrant blue and rust color palette.
