Are these unisex?
Yes, the ProGrid Omni 9 is designed for both men and women with sizing available across a unisex range.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and materials. Stick to manual spot cleaning.
What material is the upper made of?
The construction typically includes a combination of synthetic textiles and leather overlays for structural support.
Troubleshooting
Creasing in the upper material
Use shoe trees when not in use to help the leather and synthetic materials retain their natural shape.
Stiff initial feel
Wear the shoes for short periods over the first week to allow the ProGrid cushioning to adapt to your foot strike.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 trainers maintain their condition, follow these steps:
- Sizing: These shoes generally fit true to size, but the robust padding around the collar may make them feel snug initially.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the leather and synthetic overlays with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
