FAQs

Is this jacket waterproof?

It is made of a woven polyester that offers protection against light wind and moisture, but it is not classified as fully waterproof.

What size should I choose?

The jacket follows a standard regular fit; choose the size that aligns with the specific age group measurements (e.g., 9-10 years).

Can I iron this jacket?

It is recommended to avoid ironing, especially over the branded reflective areas, as extreme heat can damage the material.

How do I ensure the reflective strips stay bright?

Wash the jacket inside out and use non-abrasive detergents to minimize friction on the reflective surfaces.

Is this suitable for summer wear?

Yes, its lightweight construction makes it an excellent choice for keeping the chill off during cool summer mornings or windy evenings.

Troubleshooting

Zip feels stuck or difficult to close

Check that no loose fabric from the inner placket is caught in the teeth and ensure the jacket is laid flat when zipping.

Toggle adjustment is loose

Ensure the toggle mechanism is free of debris and clicked firmly into the desired position.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your Monterrain Ramble 3.0 in peak condition, proper care is essential:

Cleaning: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid high-heat tumble drying to prevent damage to the reflective elements and the integrity of the synthetic fabric.
Storage: Hang the jacket in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the shape of the hood and cuffs.
Compatibility: This garment is designed as a regular fit, which allows for light mid-layers to be worn underneath for added warmth during cooler autumn days.
