Nike Free Metcon 6 Trainers - Racer Blue Sail Total Orange - UK 5

The Nike Free Metcon 6 is designed primarily for training and weightlifting, offering stability and flexibility for gym workouts. While they can be used for short runs or warm-ups, they are not ideal for long-distance running due to their construction focused on support rather than impact cushioning for running.

Refer to Nike's official sizing chart for the most accurate measurements. Ensure your heel is snug and there is adequate space in the toe box for comfort and movement.

The 'Free' technology emphasizes natural foot movement and flexibility, while 'Metcon' focuses on stability and durability for heavy lifting. The Free Metcon 6 combines elements of both.

It is not recommended to machine wash the Nike Free Metcon 6 trainers. Cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method to maintain their structure and materials.

These shoes are best for weightlifting, circuit training, HIIT, CrossFit, and general gym workouts. They are also comfortable for everyday wear.

The rounded heel is designed to facilitate natural motion and smooth transitions during exercises, particularly for movements like planks and mountain climbers, while still providing a stable base for lifts.

Loosen the laces and try them on again. If still tight, consider if the size is appropriate or if a break-in period is needed.

Ensure the laces are tied securely and adjusted for a snug fit. Check that the shoe is the correct size and width for your foot.

These trainers are optimized for stability and training, not long-distance running. For high-impact running, consider shoes designed specifically for that purpose.
