No, this is an LED light kit only. The propagator unit and seed trays are sold separately.
The kit is specifically engineered for the Garland Vitopod system; its mounting mechanism may not be compatible with other propagator designs.
The LEDs are designed to be safe for seedlings, but we recommend maintaining a slight gap to allow for adequate air circulation.
These LEDs are low-heat, which is ideal for propagation as they won't dry out the growing medium or scorch delicate plant tissues.
For most seedlings, a cycle of 12 to 16 hours of light per day is optimal. Using a mechanical timer is highly recommended.
Verify that all cable connections are secure and that the power supply is firmly plugged into a functional wall outlet.
Clean both the suction cup and the lid surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove residue, then apply a tiny amount of water to the suction cup before pressing it into place.
Re-adjust the placement of the light bars to ensure they are parallel and centered according to the 23cm spacing guideline.
To install the kit, ensure the underside of your Vitopod lid is clean and dry. Press the suction cups firmly onto the lid surface to establish a secure vacuum seal. Align the lights so they are positioned centrally over your seed trays for maximum intensity.
