Troubleshooting
Pole keeps sliding down under weight
Ensure the twist-and-lock mechanism is tightened sufficiently by rotating it firmly until you feel a distinct lock.
Difficulty rotating the locking sections
Check for debris or dirt inside the twist segments; rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly to restore smooth operation.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Highly adjustable height range of 120cm to 240cm
- Sturdy construction suitable for heavy wet laundry
- Simple twist-and-lock operation
- Versatile use across indoor and outdoor spaces
Cons
- Requires manual adjustment which may be difficult for some users
- Twist-and-lock mechanism needs firm tightening to avoid loosening
- Pole may lean if the ground surface is uneven
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the pole, grasp the middle sections and rotate them in opposite directions to unlock the telescopic mechanism. Extend to the required height, then rotate in the opposite direction to lock.
Compatibility: The hook is compatible with most standard plastic or rope washing lines.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe the pole down with a damp cloth periodically to remove dust, dirt, or salt buildup if used in coastal areas.
- Ensure the locking mechanism is dry before storage to prevent internal corrosion.
- Store indoors during extreme weather conditions to prolong the finish and structural integrity.
