Troubleshooting
Bottle is not keeping drinks hot or cold
Ensure you are pre-heating or pre-cooling the bottle with water before filling it; check that the stopper is tightened firmly.
Stopper is leaking
Check the silicone seal rings on the stopper for dirt or wear. If they are displaced, push them back into the groove.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal thermal performance, always 'prime' your flask before use: fill it with hot water (for hot drinks) or cold water (for cold drinks) and let it stand for a few minutes before pouring it out and filling with your beverage. To clean, use warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid using the dishwasher, as the high heat and abrasive detergents can damage the vacuum seal and exterior finish over time. Periodically check the silicone seals in the stopper for any debris that might compromise the leak-proof seal. Store the flask with the lid off when not in use to ensure it stays fresh.
