FAQs
How do I use the Hands Free Slip-ins® feature?
Simply place your foot into the shoe, aligning your heel with the padded Heel Pillow™. The design allows you to slide your foot in without needing to bend down or touch the shoe.
Are the laces adjustable?
No, the stretch laces are a design element and are tied off. They do not provide adjustability for the fit of the shoe.
Can I machine wash these shoes?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes. Hand wash gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, and air dry.
What is the main benefit of the Contour Foam™ midsole?
The Contour Foam™ midsole provides lightweight, responsive cushioning to absorb impact and offer comfort throughout the day.
Is this shoe suitable for athletic performance?
These shoes are designed for casual wear and comfort. They may not offer sufficient support or durability for high-impact athletic activities.
How does the Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole work?
The insole is made of memory foam that contours to your foot for a personalized fit and cushioning. The 'Air-Cooled' aspect implies enhanced breathability to help keep your feet dry.
What does 'Cozy Fit' mean?
'Cozy Fit' refers to the soft, comfortable, and often quilted design of the upper material, providing a plush feel for enhanced comfort.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty slipping foot into the shoe
Ensure your heel is fully aligned with the Heel Pillow™. Try wearing thinner socks or ensure feet are not swollen. The shoe may require a brief break-in period.
Insole feels uncomfortable or lacks support
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole is designed to mold to your foot over time. If persistent discomfort occurs, ensure you have the correct size. Consider using a different insole if desired, though this may affect the slip-on function.
Shoe feels too loose or slips off
The Heel Pillow™ is designed for a secure fit. If the shoe feels loose, it might be the wrong size or width. The non-functional laces do not offer adjustability, so ensure the fit is correct upon purchase.
Material scuffs easily
The quilted Cozy Fit™ upper may be prone to scuffs. Clean gently with a damp cloth. Consider using a protective spray suitable for synthetic materials, testing in an inconspicuous area first.
