Is this link compatible with other brands of tents?

No, this product is specifically engineered for the Zempire Aerospeed 4 Air Tent and Speedbase Shelter.

Does it provide floor protection?

The link acts primarily as a connector and weather seal; it is recommended to use a compatible footprint underneath if you require additional ground protection.

How do I store it correctly?

Keep the link in a dry, cool environment, ensuring it is clean and folded loosely to maintain the integrity of the waterproof coating.

What is the weight of the link?

The packed weight of the Zempire Aerospeed 4 Speedbase 2 Gazebo Link is 1.1 kg.

Troubleshooting

The link does not seem to fit tightly.

Ensure that both the tent and the gazebo are properly tensioned and pegged into the ground before attaching the link.

Water pooling on the fabric during rain.

Adjust the tension of the guy ropes on your tent or shelter to ensure the link fabric remains taut and prevents sagging.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The link is designed to attach quickly to the existing attachment points on the Zempire Aerospeed 4 Air Tent and the corresponding Speedbase Shelter. To install, ensure your tent and shelter are correctly positioned and pegged before attaching the link clips. For long-term care, always ensure the fabric is completely dry before packing it away to prevent mildew growth. If the fabric becomes dirty, clean it with a soft brush and water; avoid using harsh detergents or pressure washers, as these can damage the waterproof coating and UV inhibitors.
