Troubleshooting

Shelter not inflating fully

Check that all guy ropes are tensioned correctly and anchored with pegs. Ensure the stabilizing brow poles are fitted and secured. Use all available guy rope connection points for maximum stability.

Water pooling on the roof

Zipper is stiff or difficult to use
