Designed for users of analog and digital hearing aids, these Ansmann size 312 zinc-air batteries provide consistent, reliable power for daily use. Their primary benefit is the long shelf life of up to 4 years and high-capacity performance, though users should note that they require a one-minute activation time after removing the protective seal to reach full voltage.

Look for the brown color-coded sticker on your current batteries or check if your device manual lists type 312, PR41, or HA312.
No, once the protective seal is removed, the zinc-air activation process is irreversible.
Keep them in their original packaging at room temperature, away from extreme humidity and direct heat.
No, these are single-use, zinc-air batteries and cannot be recharged.
Moisture can interfere with the zinc-air reaction and potentially cause corrosion; always wipe the battery contacts dry if exposed to humidity.
Wait at least one full minute after removing the protective tab before inserting it into the hearing aid.
Check that the battery compartment is clean and free of earwax or moisture; confirm the battery is properly seated.
Ensure the air intake holes on the battery compartment are not blocked, as the battery requires constant airflow to function.
To set up your battery, peel off the protective sticker and allow the battery to sit for 60 seconds. This "breathing" time allows the internal chemistry to activate with oxygen. Regarding compatibility, these batteries are standardized as Type 312 (marked by the Brown color code). Store unused batteries in a cool, dry place at room temperature to maintain their 4-year shelf life. Keep them away from metal objects like coins or keys to prevent accidental short-circuiting, and ensure the battery compartment of your hearing aid is kept clean of moisture or debris.
