Troubleshooting

Lid is difficult to open or close.

Ensure the lid is dry and aligned correctly with the rim of the container. The flexible silicone may require a firm but gentle pull to open or push to seal.

Slight odor after washing.

Wash with warm, soapy water and allow to air dry completely. For stubborn odors, try soaking in a solution of baking soda and water.

Container appears stained.

While generally stain-resistant, some highly pigmented foods may cause temporary staining. This does not affect the food safety or performance of the container. Dishwasher cycles or a gentle scrub with baking soda can help.
