FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for running?

Yes, they are designed as lightweight runners and are perfect for casual running, jumping, and general playtime.

Can I put these in the tumble dryer?

No, it is highly recommended to air dry them. Heat from a dryer can damage the midsole foam and adhesives.

How do I know if the size is correct?

There should be about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for growth and movement.

Do the laces need to be tied?

No, they feature stretch laces that do not require tying, combined with a hook-and-loop strap for closure.

Is the insole removable?

The insole is designed to be part of the shoe's internal comfort system; it is not intended to be removed.

Troubleshooting

Hook-and-loop strap losing stickiness

Clean the debris and lint from the velcro hooks using a small brush or tweezers to restore its grip.

Shoes feel tight after washing

Ensure they are thoroughly air-dried. If they still feel stiff, flex the sole manually several times to loosen the material.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy for kids to put on and take off independently
Lightweight construction reduces foot fatigue
Machine washable for easy hygiene maintenance
Padded collar offers extra ankle support and comfort

Cons

Not suitable for heavy-duty competitive sports
Primary synthetic material may be less breathable than full mesh alternatives
Limited size range for older children

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, adjust the stretch laces once and use the hook-and-loop strap to secure the foot firmly. For cleaning, these trainers are machine washable. It is recommended to place the shoes in a mesh laundry bag, wash on a gentle, cool cycle with mild detergent, and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the foam cushioning and adhesives.
