FAQs

How should I clean this skirt?

Due to the wool-blend material, professional dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the fabric's texture and shape.

Is the waist adjustable?

The wrap-front design provides some flexibility in fit, though it is primarily managed via the internal and external button closures.

Can I put this skirt in the dryer?

No. Machine drying can cause the wool blend to shrink or warp. Always air dry away from direct heat.

What kind of shoes match this skirt?

The versatile beige tone pairs well with neutral leather pumps, suede ankle boots, or minimalist loafers.

Is the fabric itchy?

The wool blend is selected for comfort, but if you have sensitive skin, wearing a slip or hosiery underneath is recommended.

What is the primary material composition?

This garment is crafted from a high-quality wool blend, known for its warmth and structured silhouette.

Troubleshooting

Skirt wrap keeps coming loose

Check that the internal button is securely fastened and that the internal fabric tab is positioned correctly to hold the weight of the wrap.

Visible lint or pilling on the fabric

Use a high-quality fabric shaver or a soft-bristled garment brush to gently remove pilling without pulling on the wool fibers.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile beige hue pairs easily with existing wardrobe staples
Sophisticated aesthetic suitable for both office wear and dinner engagements
Adjustable wrap design allows for a customized fit
High-quality construction consistent with the Polo Ralph Lauren brand

Cons

Wool-blend fabric requires careful maintenance and cleaning
Limited to specific sizing; lacks stretch compared to synthetic alternatives
Fringed detailing requires delicate handling to prevent fraying

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because the skirt features a wrap-front design, ensure the internal button fastenings are securely latched before layering the outer panel. For care, it is highly recommended to follow professional dry cleaning guidelines to preserve the quality of the wool blend. If spot cleaning is necessary, avoid harsh rubbing as this can damage the wool fibers and potentially distort the herringbone pattern. Store the skirt on a proper padded hanger to prevent shoulder or waistline distortion, and keep it away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the beige color.
