Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Loosen the laces completely. Slide your foot into the boot, ensuring your heel is comfortably seated at the back. Pull the stretchy tongue into place.
- Adjusting the Fit: Begin lacing from the bottom, pulling each section snugly but not too tightly. The lace-up fastening allows for a personalized fit. Ensure the laces are securely tied to prevent loosening during play.
- Break-in Period: Like most new footwear, these boots may benefit from a short break-in period. Wear them for light training sessions or casual use before competitive games to allow the materials to mold to your foot.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically designed for artificial turf (TF) surfaces. The rubber outsole pattern is optimized to provide maximum grip and stability on synthetic grass pitches. They are not recommended for natural grass, firm ground, soft ground, or indoor court surfaces, as performance and durability may be compromised.
Care
Proper care will extend the lifespan and maintain the performance of your F50 League boots.
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe off any dirt or debris with a damp cloth. For stubborn mud, a soft brush can be used on the outsole. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Always allow your boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct sunlight or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the synthetic materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using boot trees or stuffing them with newspaper to help maintain their shape.
- Maintenance: Regularly check laces for wear and replace if necessary. Inspect the outsole for any signs of excessive wear or damage.
