ASICS 1012B681-001 Gel-Contend 9 - Black - UK 3

The ASICS Gel-Contend 9 trainers are designed for comfort and light activities. For marathon running, we recommend specialized running shoes that offer advanced support and cushioning for higher mileage and impact.

Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping, and the width should allow your foot to rest comfortably without feeling pinched.

While the materials offer some protection, these trainers are not waterproof. Avoid wearing them in heavy rain or wet conditions, as moisture can affect comfort and the shoe's materials.

The GEL technology is strategically placed in the heel to absorb shock during impact, providing a softer landing and enhancing overall comfort during wear.

The lifespan of athletic shoes depends on usage frequency, intensity, and individual biomechanics. For regular light use, consider replacing them every 6-12 months or when you notice significant wear and loss of cushioning.

Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks. If the shoes are new, they may require a short break-in period. Loosen the laces before putting them on.

This can sometimes occur with new shoes. Try wearing them for a few more days, as the sound often resolves with use. Ensure the insoles are properly seated.

Verify the shoe size and width are correct. The GEL cushioning is designed for comfort, but ensure the shoe fits properly overall. Break-in period may be needed.
