Setup
- Adjust the Waist Belt: Adjust the waist belt to fit comfortably around your waist. Ensure the belt is snug but not constricting.
- Attach the Shoulder Strap (Optional): Attach the shoulder strap if you prefer additional support. The D-ring on the shoulder strap is ideal for attaching a fishing net.
- Organize Your Gear: Place your fishing gear inside the pack, utilizing the interior stretch mesh pockets and tool storage as needed.
- Secure the Zipper: Close the TRU Zip zipper, ensuring a tight seal for waterproof protection.
Compatibility
The Simms Dry Creek Zipped Hip Pack is compatible with various fishing accessories. The exterior lash points can accommodate rod tubes, outerwear, or other items. The pack is designed to hold fishing gear like fly boxes, tools, tippet, and a small water bottle.
Care
- Cleaning: Rinse the pack with fresh water after each use, especially if exposed to saltwater. Use a soft brush and mild soap to clean any dirt or stains.
- Zipper Maintenance: Keep the TRU Zip zipper clean and free of debris. Use a zipper lubricant occasionally to ensure smooth operation and maintain the waterproof seal.
