Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your shoes maintain their waterproof performance and longevity, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in: Wear your new shoes indoors or on short walks initially to allow the suede and synthetic materials to soften to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with a soft brush. For suede and leather sections, use a specialized leather cleaner to prevent drying or cracking.
- Waterproof Maintenance: While the boots are waterproof, applying a silicone-based water repellent spray every few months can help maintain the exterior material's beading properties.
- Storage: Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, which can warp the material and degrade the internal cushioning.
