The Skechers Glide-Step Pro Trainers are engineered for adult men who prioritize convenience and daily comfort, featuring a unique hands-free entry system and responsive geometric cushioning. While these trainers excel in ease of use and long-lasting support, users should note that the slip-in design is intended for casual wear and light activity rather than intensive athletic training.

No, these feature stretch laces designed for a hands-free fit; they are intended to be worn as slip-ins.
While suitable for walking and light activity, they are not engineered for professional-grade running or high-intensity athletic training.
It is recommended to hand wash using a damp cloth; machine washing may damage the internal heel support and memory foam properties.
The Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole is typically integrated into the design for optimal comfort and stability.
Follow standard UK sizing for adult footwear, but ensure the fit is snug enough so the heel remains secure during the slip-in process.
Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size; the Heel Pillow requires a snug fit against the ankle to function effectively.
Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth with mild detergent to spot-clean the knit.
Because these are slip-on shoes with stretch laces, there is no assembly required; simply slide your foot into the shoe. To maintain the structural integrity of the Heel Pillow and the longevity of the knit material, avoid forcing your foot in aggressively when putting them on. If they require cleaning, spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Air dry in a shaded area away from direct heat sources to preserve the Memory Foam insole's shape and the fabric's elasticity.
