Bedec Barn Paint in Anthracite Grey (Matt, 5L) is designed for property owners and contractors seeking a durable, long-lasting exterior finish for barns, outbuildings, and industrial structures. Its key benefit is superior protection against weather, preventing cracking, peeling, and flaking, which significantly reduces maintenance frequency. Stir the paint thoroughly. If still too thick, dilute slightly with water (up to 10% for bare surfaces, or do not dilute for previously painted/primed surfaces).
Ensure the surface was properly prepared, clean, and dry before painting. Remove any loose paint or contaminants. Reapply after ensuring correct surface preparation.
Apply the paint evenly, working in sections. Avoid over-brushing. Ensure consistent application pressure and direction. Allow adequate drying time between coats.
Check ambient temperature and humidity. Avoid painting in very cold, damp, or humid conditions. Ensure adequate ventilation. Allow more drying time if necessary.
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material. Remove any existing flaking paint. For best results on bare, untreated wood, apply one coat of Bedec Barn Paint diluted 10% with water as a primer. On previously painted surfaces or metal, apply undiluted.
Application: Stir well before use. Apply with a brush or roller. Two to three coats are recommended for optimal protection and finish. The paint can be applied quickly in multiple coats.
Compatibility: Suitable for use on barns, outbuildings, industrial buildings, wood, and metal. Not recommended for interior use or on flexible surfaces.
Care: Clean application tools with water immediately after use. For maintenance, gently wash the painted surface with a mild detergent and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
