The Collins Baffle is water-resistant, suitable for light showers, but it is not classified as waterproof.
Yes, this is an adult-fit garment intended to fit comfortably in your standard size, such as XL.
It is designed as an outer layer, but its slim profile allows it to function as a mid-layer under a larger parka in extremely cold conditions.
Store on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place to prevent compression of the baffle quilting.
This specific model features a non-hooded design, focusing on a clean collar aesthetic.
Hang the jacket in a warm room; the natural weight of the insulation often allows the fabric to smooth out over time.
Use a soft, damp cloth to spot-clean the affected area rather than machine washing the entire jacket for minor debris.
To ensure the longevity of your Collins Baffle jacket, follow standard care guidelines for quilted outerwear. Generally, it is recommended to wash the garment on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent designed for synthetic fillers. Avoid heavy agitation or tumble drying at high temperatures, as this can degrade the baffle insulation. Air drying on a hanger is the preferred method to maintain the loft and shape of the quilting. Ensure you verify the size (XL) against your typical measurements, as the garment is designed for a standard adult fit.
