Full details
The New Balance 997R trainers in Shadow Grey/Rain Cloud are designed for adults seeking a blend of classic style and modern comfort for everyday wear. Their key benefit is the progressive, next-generation design that builds upon the cult-classic 997, offering a streamlined silhouette and soft foam midsole for agile cushioning. A potential caveat to consider is that product color may appear slightly different due to display device variations.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The New Balance 997R trainers are designed primarily for casual wear and everyday comfort. While they offer cushioning, they are not specialized running shoes for high-impact athletic activities.
What materials are the New Balance 997R made from?
These trainers feature a leather upper, a nubuck suede tongue, mesh detailing on the heel collar and toe box, a foam midsole, and a rubber outsole.
How do I determine my correct UK size?
Please refer to the New Balance sizing chart available on the product page or the manufacturer's website for precise measurements and conversions.
Can I wash these trainers in a washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the materials and construction. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth and appropriate cleaners is advised.
What does 'Shadow Grey/Rain Cloud' refer to?
This refers to the specific colorway of the trainers. 'Shadow Grey' is the primary color, and 'Rain Cloud' likely indicates subtle accent colors or variations within the grey tones.
Are these trainers waterproof?
The trainers are made with leather and mesh, which offer some resistance to light moisture but are not waterproof. They are best suited for dry or mildly damp conditions.

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and other factors. Please refer to the actual product for the most accurate color representation.
Sizing feels off
Ensure you have consulted the New Balance size guide. Consider the specific fit of trainers, which can vary based on foot shape.
Suede or leather looks dirty
