The comfortable, soft grip handle accommodates the button which releases the soft-open lid and a back-lit water window allows you to boil just the desired amount of water needed. The kettle sits on a 360° base allowing for easy left or right handed use. The base also features the adjustable temperature setting slider which gives you control over the temperature you want your water to reach - from 50°C up to 100°C. This is perfect for when you are infusing delicate teas such as green tea which would be ruined if you poured on boiling water, whereas a coarse Assam leaf will benefit from a hotter temperature water. A stylish temperature gauge on the side of the kettle wall means you can see the exact temperature of your water even when the kettle is removed from its base. The kettle comes with a KitchenAid 3 year guarantee. Plastic inside. Perfect for any drink or infusion, you can adjust the temperature to suit the drink - from black and herbal teas to green and white teas. Many drinks taste best when you use hot - but not boiling - water, which is why this kettle allows you to select precisely what you need, from 50° C to 100° C in 10° increments. It has a keep-warm function to maintain the desired temperature when it's ready for up to half an hour. And you can even check the temperature while in use, thanks to the stylish gauge on the side. Insulating dual-wall construction means the outside stays cool to the touch so it can stand safely on the counter, or even on the breakfast table. It also means your water stays hotter for longer and it makes less sound when heating. The stylish kettle has a handy removable limescale filter, soft-grip handle and neat cord wrap.
