Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, begin by ensuring a proper fit; there should be approximately a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. For care, avoid putting the trainers in a washing machine or dryer, as the high heat can damage the foam properties and adhesive. Instead, clean the exterior using a soft brush, warm water, and mild soap. If the shoes become wet, remove the insoles and air dry them in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve the integrity of the materials.
