FAQs
Are these cloggs waterproof?
While the material is water-friendly and dries quickly, they are not designed as waterproof boots. They are suitable for splashes and wet environments but not for prolonged submersion.
How do I determine the correct size?
Refer to the Hot Tuna size guide, which typically includes measurements for UK children's foot sizes. It's recommended to measure your child's foot from heel to toe for the most accurate fit.
Can the strap be removed completely?
The strap is designed to be moveable, allowing it to be positioned either over the foot for a secure fit or moved to the back. It cannot be detached entirely.
What are the cloggs made of?
They are crafted from a foam material, designed for comfort, durability, and easy cleaning.
Are these suitable for a wide foot?
The cloggs have a standard width. The moveable strap offers some adjustability, but if your child has significantly wide feet, it's advisable to check reviews or try them on if possible.
How should I store these cloggs?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the material's integrity and color.
Troubleshooting
Cloggs feel too loose or too tight
Adjust the moveable strap to a more secure or comfortable position. If the size is fundamentally incorrect, consult the size guide for a proper fit.
Difficulty removing strap
Ensure the strap is fully in the 'up' or forward position for maximum clearance when slipping the cloggs off.
Footbed seems uncomfortable after initial wear
Allow a short break-in period for the foam footbed to conform to the foot's shape. If discomfort persists, double-check the sizing.
