FAQs

What material are these trainers made from?

The Nike Dunk Low trainers feature a synthetic leather upper and a rubber sole.

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The fit is generally standard. It is recommended to measure your child's feet and compare with the size chart, or try them on if possible, as individual foot shapes vary.

How do I clean the pink and white colour combination?

Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the synthetic leather. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking. For the laces, remove and hand wash separately.

What does the 'Nike Air technology' offer?

Nike Air technology provides lightweight, durable cushioning for comfort and impact absorption with every step.

Can these trainers be worn for sports?

These trainers are designed primarily for casual wear and light activities. They are not intended for high-impact sports or professional athletic training.

What is the main inspiration for the Dunk Low design?

Originally introduced as a basketball shoe in 1985, the Dunk Low's flat, grippy soles also made it popular in skateboarding culture, influencing its iconic status and numerous colourways.

How should I store these trainers when not in use?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using a shoe tree can help maintain their shape.

Troubleshooting

Shoes appear dirty after initial wear

Wipe the affected areas gently with a damp cloth. Minor scuffs are normal with active use.

Child finds the shoes uncomfortable

Ensure the correct size has been selected by measuring the child's foot. Check if socks are causing discomfort. Allow a short break-in period.

Traction seems insufficient on certain surfaces

The rubber outsole provides good grip, but may perform differently on very slick surfaces. Ensure the soles are clean and free from debris.
