Where are the Alfresia cushions made?

What does 'tailor-made' mean in relation to the chair frame?
It means the cushion is specifically designed and cut to perfectly fit the dimensions and shape of Alfresia Recliner Chair Frames, ensuring optimal comfort and appearance.
How does the cushion stay attached to the chair?
The cushion features ties on each side that are used to securely fasten it to the recliner chair frame.
Troubleshooting
Cushion does not fit the chair frame properly.
Verify that you are using an Alfresia Recliner Chair Frame. If using with a different brand, carefully compare the cushion dimensions (Width: 54cm, Seat Depth: 56cm, Back Length: 74cm) with your chair's frame before purchase.
Color has faded significantly after exposure to sun.
While the polyester shell offers protection, prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading. Consider using a furniture cover or storing the cushion indoors when not in use to maintain color vibrancy.
Filling feels uneven or has shifted.
The cushion is designed with stitching throughout to secure the crumb stuffing. If significant shifting occurs, contact customer support as this may indicate a manufacturing defect.
Cushion has a slight odor upon arrival.
This may be due to the fire-retardant treatment or packaging. Allow the cushion to air out in a well-ventilated area for a few days.
