Charging times can vary based on your power source, but typical full charging for a 10,000mAh battery takes approximately 5 to 7 hours.
It is recommended to charge the device separately and use it in its wireless mode for the best performance and safety.
The cover is water-repellent, meaning it can withstand light splashes or damp surfaces, but it is not waterproof and should not be submerged.
The control interface features LED indicators that correspond to the selected heat level.
Pat the exterior dry with a towel immediately and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area before next use.
Check that the battery is fully charged and the connection to the internal heating element is secure.
This often indicates low battery; connect the device to the provided charging cable.
Ensure the cushion is laid flat and not folded, as this can interfere with the heat distribution of the graphene element.
Setting up the Duux Mellow is straightforward: ensure the internal battery is fully charged using the included cable before your first use. To operate, activate the power toggle to cycle through the heating levels. For care, avoid submerging the internal electrical components in water. The fleece cover should be cleaned by gently hand washing with mild detergent to preserve the water-repellent coating. Always ensure the cushion is completely dry before charging or storing the device.
