FAQs
Are these shoes true to size?
Yes, but due to the slim, racing-inspired fit, they may feel snugger than standard trainers.
Can I put these shoes in the washing machine?
No. Washing machines can ruin the suede material and compromise the shoe's structure. Always use hand-cleaning methods.
What is the primary material of the upper?
The upper is constructed from high-quality, durable suede.
Is the heel suitable for driving?
Absolutely. The rounded driver’s heel is a signature feature specifically designed to provide a natural feel on vehicle pedals.
How do I maintain the gold logo on the tongue?
Avoid scrubbing the tongue area vigorously. Simply wipe it gently with a dry cloth to prevent scratching the metallic finish.
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
Because of the slim, low-profile design, they are typically better suited for narrow to medium-width feet.
Troubleshooting
The suede is showing water spots or light stains.
Use a specialized suede brush to gently buff the area. If the stain persists, apply a dedicated suede cleaner foam sparingly and allow it to air dry.
The shoe feels too tight across the midfoot.
Try loosening the laces to their maximum capacity. If discomfort remains, ensure you are wearing thin, breathable socks rather than heavy cotton ones.
The rubber outsole is picking up debris.
Use a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth to wipe the tread pattern after walking on gravel or mud to maintain peak traction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Puma Speedcat OGs last, follow these care and compatibility guidelines:
- Sizing: These shoes are designed with a slim silhouette. If you are between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit, consider wearing thinner socks.
- Cleaning: Since the upper is made of suede, avoid using water-heavy cleaning methods. Use a soft-bristle brush to remove dry dirt, and a dedicated suede eraser for localized stains.
- Weather Protection: Apply a water and stain repellent spray specifically formulated for suede to protect the 'Haute Coffee' finish from moisture.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the rich brown hue over time.
- Compatibility: These shoes pair best with slim-fit jeans, chinos, or casual trousers, as the low-profile design can look disproportionate with excessively wide or baggy hem lines.
